Shipping Policy
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
- We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours. ( As per stock Availability )
- We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
- Orders placed before 12.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Shipments through Fedex / Aramex or local courier, if created before 04:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
- Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.
Refund Policy

In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, the you will find option for Request Refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be alterd or cancelled.
