New parts are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, applicable only for manufacturing defects. In case of verified defects, the product will be eligible for replacement as per our warranty policy.
2. Like New Products
Like New products are tested and in excellent working condition. These items come with a 6-month warranty, covering functional issues only. Physical damage, mishandling, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
3. Refurbished Products
Refurbished products are professionally restored and tested for performance. These items include a 3-month warranty covering functional issues only. Physical damage, improper handling, or misuse are excluded from coverage.
4. Used Products
Used products are tested for basic functionality and reliability. These items come with a 3-month warranty covering functional issues only. Warranty does not cover physical damage, wear and tear, or misuse.
5. Consumable Parts (No Warranty)
Consumable items are not eligible for warranty coverage. These products are subject to normal wear and tear and are intended for limited or single-use applications.
6. Consumable Parts (With Warranty)
Consumable parts in this category include a 15-day limited warranty, applicable only for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper usage, or damage during installation.
7. Repair Services
Repair services include a 90-day service warranty, applicable only for the same issue that was repaired. If the same fault reoccurs within this period, it will be addressed without additional repair charges.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
