SP9009 SSPA:09 OVERHEAT MAIN CIRCUIT

The temperature in the power semiconductor cooling radiator is abnormally high.

1 Improve the heat sink cooling status.
2 If the external radiator cooling fan stops, replace the Spindle Amplifier.
