Since as axis in synchronization, composite, or superimposed mode caused a servo alarm, the mode could not be continued, If one of the axes in a mode causes a servo alarm, all axes relating to the axis enter the servo-off state. This alarm is generated to enable the cause of theservo-off state to be checked.
